Hello and welcome to my new blog - Real Estate in the Tel-Aviv Yaffo Area (also spelled jaffa or jaffo... i will need to consider which one i preffer).

As mentioned in other of my blogs, i am part of a young group of property and real estate enthusiasts, seeking properties all over Israel for investing and general learning of the field.
I have decided to blog about the whole thing, with the little spare time i have, and decided to so with a couple of blogs, each dedicated to real estate, lifestyle and other aspects of a certain area in Israel.
This blog will focus on the issues and anecdotes of real estate investments and home finding in the financial capital of Israel, which is located in the most populated area of Israel.

On its Bauhaus buildings, old Hebrew and Arab neighborhoods, fantastic sea shore and business centres, Tel Aviv Yaffo is probably one of the more interesting places in the middle east for property seekers and real estate investors. so let us go on, and always feel free to throw in your two cents in to the discussion.
